I'm Eric, and I live in Vero Beach, Florida, where I spend my days helping people find their dream homes and my evenings chasing stories that refuse to leave me alone. Sleep is overrated.

My debut novel, Wine & Wisdom, came out of a years-long fascination with Ji Gong, a 12th-century Chinese monk who broke every rule, hung out with beggars, and somehow became one of the most beloved figures of his era. He was my kind of guy.

Every story I write is about someone who doesn't quite fit the mold doing something remarkable because of it, not in spite of it. If that sounds like you, I think we're going to get along just fine.
